Our 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil detains the real Made in Italy taste. We use cold-extracted Coratina, Ogliarola, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice and Carolea olives cultivated in Puglia, Sicilia and Calabria.
The quantity of each olive variety can be modified according to the levels of bitterness and spiciness required: in this way we can create tailor-made products, modifying them in all their characteristics and creating recipes that meet the needs of the final consumer. Furthermore, we can propose different sizes for the bottle and packaging, proposing the best solution for each customer.
Our 100% Italian EVO oil is characterized by a light green color with shades of gold and a fruity scent, with hints of artichoke and green tomato. It is slightly bitter and spicy in taste, with an acidity of less than 0,5%
