An extra virgin olive oil-based dressing enriched with “Birdseye” red chilli pepper, whole dried and 100% natural. The olives are cultivated in Spain, Greece, Italy and Portugal, and harvested between the months of November and December.
The flexibility that characterizes our production processes allows us to easily customize the mix of olives, the aroma and the format upon customer’s request.
The clear color of this dressing is enriched by the reddish released by the chilli pepper and other natural spices. The fragrance is typical of these ingredients and the finale flavor is not too spicy.
